Hubert Hopkins
President
Hubert joined BRP in 2021 as an IT Compliance Analyst. Hubert’s fifteen years of IT auditing includes a corporate IT auditor for First Energy Corp., Signet Jewelers and Diebold, an IT audit supervisor for RSM McGladrey, and a senior IT auditor at EY and Crowe Horwath. Prior to his audit experience, Hubert has over ten years of IT consulting and network administration experience.
Hubert holds a MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has been a member of ISACA for the past 14 years. Prior to moving to Florida in 2019 he was the Vice President of the Northeast Ohio ISACA Chapter. He additionally held other board positions including membership and events in prior years.
Brian Isserman
Secretary
Brian Isserman has been a member of the West Florida ISACA chapter since 2017 and is interested in the position of Vice President. Brian previously served on the board as the chapter Event’s Director from 2018-2020 and was responsible for organizing and planning the chapter CPE events.
Brian is a Manager at Protiviti in the Technology Consulting practice based out of their Tampa, Florida office. Areas of focus include Identity & Access Management (IAM) where Brian has over 4 years of experience on a variety of engagements including IAM organizational and program assessments, strategy and roadmap development, IAM technology deployment, enterprise role based access control design, and Active Directory health assessments.
Prior to working at Protiviti, Brian worked as a Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation consultant. He oversaw the design and implementation of accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting software systems for commercial and non-profit organizations.
Todd Broadbent
Treasurer
For more than 30 years, Michael Broadbent has been a dynamic professional in the Information Technology space. He is a hands-on, results-driven leader with a track record of high performance. His strategic processes and ability to lead cross-functional teams have proven successful in achieving a variety of business objectives for a number of organizations.
In his current role as Security Officer and Architect for EFX, he has developed a roadmap for both CRM and ERP. He has also completed a process improvement plan and implemented a new product workflow to improve the delivery of services to EFX clients. In addition to these accomplishments, he successfully manages three distinct products, and is developing new cybersecurity protocols and change management policies.
Prior to EFX, Michael served as the Vice President of Information Technology for companies who needed strategic direction and a vision for the future. His ability to assess the current environment and develop solutions for higher efficiency has led to the successful implementation of numerous security, LMS, SaaS and other programs. He is also proficient with infrastructure in both physical and virtual environments.
Mr. Broadbent is a graduate of Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a focus on Information Technology, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. He also holds a number of professional certifications including CCNA, CISM, and CISSP.
Jennifer Enriquez

Jennifer is currently working in Information Assurance at Kforce. She has 20+ years of experience in Information Technology , with the last 8 years focused on Governance, Risk and Compliance. Jennifer is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has been a member of the West Florida ISACA chapter for 8 years. She spent the last year as Chairperson of the Membership Committee and before that was the Event Director for the West Florida ISACA chapter for 2 years.
Jim King
Membership Director
Jim is currently CISO of SafeGuard Services LLC and has over twenty years of experience in the corporate environment and thirty-four years as an information security professional.
Jim has been a member of the West Florida chapter since 2011. He previously served terms as a board member with the Hampton Roads ISSA, In Virginia.
He holds management certifications as CISM and CISSP and has a broad and diverse background with having held many technical certification across the years for various types of systems and software.
Camille Ortiz Weales
Events Director
Camille has been a member of ISACA since 2017 and is currently pursuing the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications. She has worked in Information Security for 10 years and is currently a Senior Third-Party Assurance Analyst with Citizens Bank. Previously Camille worked in Risk and Controls management for HSBC, she has a robust and well-rounded background in Information Security & Technology, Governance, Risk and Compliance with over 20 years combined experience. Camille is interested in networking and building relationships with local professionals in the field. Camille also believes it is important to give back to the community and is passionate about helping others, whether it is volunteering for Junior Achievement, donating at the local food bank or supporting a good cause.
Raheim Parris

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) skilled in Internal Audit, Compliance, Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls. He has 11 years of experience in Information Technology and completed his education at Georgia State University receiving a Masters in Information Systems Auditing and Control in 2016. Steve Valance

Steve is an executive with over 20 years of global business experience in utilizing and performing Data Analytic and Data Mining Reviews to detect fraud, conduct cost recovery initiatives domestically and internationally, provide litigation support services, and realize operational efficiencies to improve productivity while reducing costs.
In his roles at Grant Thornton, Steve is the main point of contact to validate the accuracy and the performance of scripts in ACL Toolkits such as WLA Toolkit, for approval via the Software Audit Tool (SAT) Testing. Steve is Managing the DAT process for Data Extraction Scripts for several client ERP systems, including SAP, QuickBooks, and SAGE.
He previously served on Board of Director – ISACA: New York Metropolitan Area Chapter, and Chair of the Volunteer Committee. (2016 – 2018). He also served as Vice President for the West Florida chapter 2021-2022.
Daniel Ruggles

Dan has over fifteen years’ experience in the corporate environment and twenty-five years as a management consultant.
Dan has been a member of the West Florida chapter since 2004. He previously served terms as President, Past-President, Treasurer, and Secretary for the West Florida chapter. He has also volunteered his time to ISACA International for the CRISC and CISM Certification Exam Committees, item writing and reviews, and has been an SME and Editor for ISACA on COBIT and CRISC.
He holds certifications as CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, CMC, PMP, PMI-ACP, A-CSM, A-CSPO and is Accredited by APMG International as an ISACA CGEIT, CRISC, CISM and CSX Fundamentals Individual Chapter Trainer.
