The Chapter is governed by Chapter Bylaws, which establishes Officer positions and the Board of Directors to supervise the affairs of the chapter. Officers serve a two-year term and are elected by the Chapter Membership. Directors are appointed by the Chapter President. Officer and Director responsibilities are assigned by the Chapter Bylaws and the Chapter Board of Directors. Each year the Chapter Board outlines strategic goals for the upcoming Chapter Year.
